I like Lane Kiffin's zeal and aggressiveness, but not only is he doing himself no favors with other SEC coaches, but he is also hurting himself for future employment if things don't go the way he hopes in Knoxville.

It is one thing to have run your mouth the way Spurrier did, but he was dominant at that point.

Kiffin has not accomplished anything yet.

I don't think he would admit it, but he has made some very big missteps and his team will pay in Gainesville and he better hope there are parents out there that want their kids to play for a coach like him. I don't know how many Arthur Brown's there are out there, but Lane's sake he better hope all.

Kiffin got the best player in the nation, lsus top recruit, and one of flas in just a few months on the job. He couldnt possibly be doing a better job.

Take my word for it. I've seen plenty of those #1's bomb or fail to live up to all the hype. Sometimes they can't stay healthy... lots of reasons.

Look at McKnight @USC. He's a great back but he hasn't produced consistently because he's always getting himself dinged up. Stafon Johnson is another #1 that hasn't performed up to what was expected. But he is good.

HS player's bodies aren't fully developed when they graduate from HS. Some fill out right and some don't. Usually someone out of the blue comes along and matures in the middle of their college career and proceeds to blow them all away. It's a game of chance. All anyone can do is go by what a player has done in HS so that's all you get to rate the players by, even though most bodies change radically within 4 or 5 years after they graduate from HS.

I think there's a lot to be said for coaches and recruiters who can find talent in not-so-obvious places and then coach them and train them up to be stars in college. The competition is much better than anything they've seen in HS and many players can't handle it when they lose the athletic edge they used to enjoy vs lesser competition. On the other hand there are plenty of other players that blossom out when they leave HS.

Basically, the jury is out on these players until the day it's not. That probably goes for just about every one of them.

Arthur Brown was all-world coming out of Kansas, too. Too bad Sean Spence was actually better. We'll see about pay for play Brown.

HAHAHHAHAHA. All those guys have SERIOUS questions regarding the legality of their recruitment.

Hey, I couldn't care less if UTK is cheating their asses off....they're not our rivals and I don't really pay attention to them unless they'rre having a good year. But, I do think they are in serious trouble with this staff of liars and cheaters.

As for O.C.....I never said he was going to FSU. I siad he wasn't going to UTK and that FSU was on his list of considerations. WTF cares anyway.....he will be a bust at GA.
