What is the lamest payout excuse you have personally experienced?

Mine would be when a sportsbook rep told me after waiting a week for my payout to be "processed ;)", "You only deposited $500 and now you're asking us to pay you $3500 without giving us a chance to win it back" :lolBIG:

well i was with ESB so there were several from them and i think they have all been said... but i was told by a clerk there that they were back logged for 5 months due to the superbowl. and then i was told since i only deposited 300 that there was no way they were paying me a 1000. and lastly i asked there clerk to just tell me im not getting paid and that you robbed me and if you admit that then ill leave you alone. un beleivably he told me to sell my account to a friend for half price and hope he loses, wow i said laughingly to him forget it, it seem like you need it ask you boss if you could keep my money and take it to find a new job and the guy laughed....i still have the balance there its unreal they still track plays there...

ESB for sure. The worst excuse was due to a Bus strike in Jamacia which did not allow the bankers at the banks to get to work and thus no checks.

Lamest/funniest was My Bookie (when they went by Grand Central). They had their administration/marketers in Montreal, banks in both St Kitts and Belize, and their call center in Margarita Island (Venz).

Guess what holidays they observed? Yep, all of them, plus the USA's. If it was a holiday in Canada, St Kitts, Belize, Venzuela or the USA they could not pay you that day. This certainly cut down on the days they could pay you.

Have not played with them since they were on the verge of bankruptcy and got swallowed by Jazz. Anyone know if they still observe all posible holidays?

I don't think so anymore. They were started by Mike G and Gary H. Along the way they had some money issues and worked out an arrangement with Jazz (ironically Jazz was having horrible money issues at the same time) and moved to CR. I have not played with those guys in 3 years so I have no idea what their current ownership looks like.

Lamest I ever heard was from that stiff joint Bet Flamingo which told me "The guy that does the payouts is in the hospital and until he gets out we can't do anything." Naturally I got stiffed bad there.

ESB had the best ones, from computer crashes to tropical storms when the weather was nice, to you talked to over and over again saying they just started working there, to cheques written accidentally on closed accounts ...etc.that bus one is my fav though! :lolBIG:
