As a Laker fan, I'm taking OKC here.
Kobe will probably be out, so he can muster the energy for tomorrow's game. From the sounds of it, he had the stomach flu on Sunday. Stomach flus are dreadful, especially if it's the type where you're vomiting and requiring hydration through the IV. I've had a stomach flu before, where I couldn't drink any water or eat anything. Basically, nothing could filter through my digestive system. If it weren't for technology, I'm pretty certain I'd be dead right now. I had to be hospitalized for two days on IVs. The doctor said I was so dehydrated when I initially arrived, that he had to inject the IV several times to find a vein, as they had all receded to the walls.
Anyhoo, it took me around three days to recover, but I still felt weak for another week. The kinda stomach virus, where you need IVs, are very serious and potentially fatal. It's gonna take Kobe a while before he's 100%. Then again, he does have state of the art healthcare in the Lakers franchise, so this might all be moot. I was at the UCSD hospital, and they're highly regarded.
