I personally do not. Lebron might think otherwise. Why should a private citizen put up 100k of their money to do law enforcement’s job? Every cop in LA is already looking for the shooter and more than likely ignoring other active cases while doing so. Like I said before, the sheriff wanted his 15 min of fame.
