After back to back rough days on Thurs and Sat,
I have decided to cut back on my plays. I have 2 maybe 3 for Monday.

BYU -6 - BYU is looking to make a statement that they are the best in this conference. They can play half court or full court which makes them multidimensional. I can't see Air Force winning within 72 hours both at Utah and at BYU.(push)

Kansas +7.5 - I know that KU is not a good road team but when these two get together they are always competitive. KU has better guards with Miles and Gideon who can control the game and give them a chance to win in the end.(loss)

Syracuse -6 - Orangeman got their wakeup call vs Georgetown. I think Syracuse learned from that game and will play well on Big Monday vs Nova who has been struggling regardless of venue or team.(loss)

Best of luck.

I've been thinking about these two and we are both thinking along the same lines I think.

but I am again NOT playing today because I dont have my confidence back and these games dont scream out at me.

On paper I think Cuse is very similar to Nova - and I wouldn't expect a blowout here, however in this situation Cuse at home may be the right play. I just dont know.

Same general thinking on Kansas - on paper Kansas and Texas really arent that far apart - they've both lost to OKState and IAState, but Texas may wanna pound it home if they can get a lead, so for that reason I'm not gonna risk it.

They both should actually be great games to watch...

Kojak, what are you seeing that is giving you confidence in this poor Wyoming team. Wyoming 0-10 SU on road, 0-9 ATS on road. They are 1-9 ATS as a Dog, and 4-13 ATS vs teams with winning records. What is it that I may be missing in this one. I mean I know Unlv isnt that dominant of a team, but I just cant see anyway else. Thx CC.

cocaptain,

The way the ball has been bouncing for me the last few days, I would stick with your call. What I see is that this is Wyoming's last road game of the year. I expect them to give an all out effort to avoid going winless on the road. UNLV still has their interim coach Jay Spoonhour which is not a positive so late in the year. UNLV plays on the road at Air Force next and I am expecting them to overlook Wyoming anticipating that game. I expect an uptempo game and with UNLV's history of letting teams come back in the 2nd half, I can forsee a backdoor cover. Best of luck.

Kojak, with all due respect you have cut back from 2 maybe 3 games and now your at 7. You may be chasing man and taking bad teams like Wyoming may not be the best way to go.

Thanks for sharing your opinion Kojak. I as well had a bad string of days last week, but what I did, is not change anything I did. You were hitting em before this, so it just I wouldnt worry about it. If I may share what I used to overcome my feelings about that look ahead or backdoor cover from happening, was the fact that this one is on ESPN. Teams when on TV, like to show the world what they are made of, especially those at home. Anyway, keep it positive and stick to what you were doing before that was working for you and you'll surely be back. Gl to you and Aloha CC.

cocaptain and budman,

Thanks for advice! I appreciate it. Right now I am down for the last few days but not chasing man yet. If things continue tonight I will be down for the week. Anyways, best of luck.

So far 2-2 on night with BYU, Wyoming, and Wyoming over pending. Hopefully we can get 2 out of those 3 to break 3 day losing streak.

In regards to the post, I get a push on BYU but in reality, another loss as I got them at 6.5. I had gotten Syracuse at 5.5 earlier for 2 1/2 point losses. I even had Wake/GT over last night at 156.5 and lost by 1/2 pt. That makes 3 in 2 nights. Talk about pissed off.

Well, I end up night at 3-3-1 which is an improvement over the past 3 days. Looking at a big night tomorrow.

No worries Kojak, everyone hits peaks and valleys. My advice is to bet less during the valleys and go for the throat during the good times.
