Kojak's College Hoops for Tuesday

I took the day off on Monday to lick my wounds on Missouri Sunday though finished day overall at 7-6-1 on Sunday. I have only 4 plays for Tuesday.

LA Tech -6.5 - LA Tech is the best of the four teams playing tonight in the WAC against a San Jose St. team who clearly has been the worst in conference. LA Tech though playing on the first day is capable of making a run in this conference tournament and it will start tonight. Forward Wayne Powell is questionable after missing last game but I think they still have enough to cover this number.

Weber St. +6 - Weber St. will challenge the Eastern Washington team tonight as the winner of this game will most likely win the Big Sky.

Illinois Chicago +2 - Illinois Chicago has been the class of this conference though Wisc Milwaukee won regular season. They have won 12 in a row while Panthers were backing in towards the end of the year. UIC has lost both games to Panthers and it will be a partial crowd with this game in Milwaukee but should be a lot of Flames fans with Milwaukee a short 1 hour trip from Chicago. In a tight game, Flames will keep it close and win in the end behind the coaching of Jimmy Collins.

New Orleans +7.5 - Privateers coming off of epic double overtime game vs North Texas who had been playing extremely well. New Orleans will keep it under the number vs UL Lafayette who is the class of the conference but been struggling a bit.

I really like that ILL-CHIC game also.Definately
thae class of the league..I was just somewhat
leary of it being to much of a homer crowd,and
how that would effect the game.Still think they
will SU..Really looking foward for Wed's games.

I bought the points with them but depending on what happens with the spread between now and gametime I may jump on it ATS as well.

I also encourage you to look at notre dame. The spread seems awefully low to me. I am on this one as well - ATS and buying the points.

I like the different analogies that people are using to describe their dissappointments with some of the teams. Yours is a first. "They couldn't throw it in the ocean." LOL.

I kind of liked that quote myself. I think we need to be careful on some of these teams that have played several days in a row. This NO/LA Laf should have gone over easily but tired legs hurt them. I won't forget this going forward. Best of luck.
