Coming off of a very good week going 20-10-1 and ytd record now stands at 37-33-1. Some nice selection and winners for this week as well!
Kojak Killers:
Arkansas -5 - With Croyle out at quarterback for Alabama, Hogs defense can really overplay the run due to the one dimensional offense. I look for Jones and company to provide enough offense to make this a comfortable win.
Arkansas 28 Alabama 10
Washington +11 - Huskies run defense is poor but I expect a stronger effort after giving up 322 yards to a single rusher. Huskies offense is good enough to keep up with their pourous defense. ND is in a sandwich game situation where they just played two arch rivals (Michigan and Michigan St.) and have Purdue next week. Expect this one to be real close.
Notre Dame 28 Washington 27
Air Force +21 - I don't think Air Force is good enough to win this game but definitely think their style of play is good enough to keep it under the number. With their patient and ball control offense, I expect them to keep the score down in this one. Utah is due for a let down!
Utah 24 Air Force 13
Upset Specials:
Boston College +1.5 - Eagles are too good on defense and too good running the ball for Wake. This is a payback game as well if memory serves me right. Peterson and company are poised enough to make a statement on the road.
Boston College 23 Wake Forest 16
Indiana +3 - Hoosiers have not had an opportunity in a while to make a bowl game and if they are to do it this year they have to win their home games in the conference against below average teams.
Indiana 35 Michigan St. 31
Wyoming +5 - Ole Miss simply is not a very good football team. Though Cowboys laid an egg on the road at Tex am, they are a much improved football team. They will win su at home as they have a better offense than Ole Miss.
Wyoming 28 Ole Miss 24
NC State +9 - Wolves are the equal of Va Tech imo and should be a little bit hungrier to avoid losing back to back. Va Tech couldn't put Dukies away and it is that lack of killer instinct that will bite them in this one.
