She is going to get crushed...Even though the standard is only that he raped her by a "preponderance of the evidence," which means that it is more likely than not that Mr. Bryant raped the golddigger, I think that once acquitted of these bogus charges, he will prevail at the civil level as well.

the reality is this...

once the girl filed the civil lawsuit, the criminal case is now DEAD. PERIOD. you CANNOT convince a jury that this is nothing more than money. The lawyer who filed the civil case was only looking out for himself. i am sure the prosecutor is not happy with that decision.

as for the civil case, although it would make sense for koby to just pay the girl $1 million, which is nothing to him, i think he might want vindication. some people are stubborn. if he has the money to litigate in the civil case, why not. would be very little involvement for him.
