The Knicks are said to be looking into a sign-and-trade deal to move David Lee this summer.
Lee averaged 16 points and nearly 12 rebounds, and is in line to make a lot more than the $1.7 million he made last season. The Pistons are just one of many teams who will be interested in acquiring Lee, and the Knicks will part ways with him to have as much money as possible available next summer, when they'll make a run at LeBron James and/or Dwyane Wade.
