Alright guys we're going to aim for a better night. Last night wasn't the best night but overall we're still up. Lets make tonight make up for last night.

Chicago @ Boston

Have you been watching this series? Believe me, no one and I mean no one likes getting beat last second, especially when you know you're the better team and you play your heart out, you've just been outplayed. Teams like Boston will only allow their hearts to get broken twice and that's it. If you think they're going to give this one up in their own house, you're crazy. Chicago has a lot of heart. I really do commend the effort, but tomorrow's game is not going to be about Rose, or Rondo anymore, it's going to be about defense. and with Gordon injured on Chicago's side even if he plays the offense will not be as solid as we've seen. Now then, why not take the spread? Chicago still has a lot of heart, we can't under estimate their ability after all, from these last games it does look like they really want it, unlike New Orleans for example who likes getting raped on NBA TV at home. I've never seen Chicago just give up. Not even the blow out last week. But I will say tomorrows game will be solid Offense with strong defensive basketball. Take Boston Straight up tomorrow instead of committing them to the responsibility of covering a spread. even though they most likely will cover it I think Chicago's focus point for tomorrow was how to stop Boston's offense. Also (including the last game) the score at the last three games at the end of regulation has been under. This is a furious Boston team, I don't think they'll allow anymore OTs.

Philadelphia @ Orlando

I really think Philly is going to win this series, If you've been watching this series Orlando really reminds me of a team like the Houston Rockets, or maybe even the lakers... in a bad way. They go up huge, and then give it up and away in the fourth quater, even if Orlando comes out strong they will not be able to maintine a 9 point advantage, we've seen them give up 18 point advantages twice, one of which they LOST. why? Simple, no defense, and unlike the LA Lakers Orlando's offense isn't exactly strong or consistant enough to balance the lack defense they play. Nevermind Covering 9 points they might not even win tomorrow. Like I said before on Sunday, this is going to be all defense, all the way and the reason I didn't just take Philly Moneyline is because like they've all been really close I think it'll be extremely close.

Dallas @ San Antonio

Wait, is this the San Antonio team that was committed to only 67 points at some point during the series? Oh yeah, it was. ha! here's the deal guys, San Antonio is struggling, and yes I know it was in dallas, but Look at when dallas won in San Antonio, Dallas put up 105 on them. Whats the problem? It's just that the spurs can't score as much as dallas can, nor can they put it up as quick, I saw this is a good game. Dallas will come out strong, and I'm pretty sure lead for most of the game, if the spurs really want to win this one they'll come out powerhousing, but honestly this 1-3 San Antonio Spurs team is exhausted, and outresourced. Let me ask you what would you do if you were a Spurs team memeber, Win... so you can win 2 more times just to tie the series. Or hurry up and lose so you can go on vacation. (oh and by the way since your on the spurs team, your fucking rich, so you don't really give a fuck about that playoff bonus)... Okay. Dallas is going to outplay, outscore, and outdefend them. This is the team with the edge, you don't even need the points.

Houston @ Portland

Portland is mad, they feel that they just can't catch a break. If you saw the interview after the lakeshow, they expressed how they "haven't been getting calls, and its not fair" You know what that sounds like? Frustration, and excuses. It's the same crap I hear when someone is knocked out of a poker tourney without placing in the money. "God I can't believe he hit that..I can't believe he made that call" that type of thinking conotes two things. One, You really believe you're unlucky and two, you are mentally exhausted, and already think you're going to lose, because of the "unfairness". So now we play. Houston will go to portland and do their best to play solid defense, although their Offense has been decent I feel they're D has gotten a little sloppy. So what does that mean? well, it means that its going to be about pace tomorrow, and since it's in Portland, I really thinK Portland will control the pace of this game, they will try to make Yao run around like a crazy chinamen gathering fortune cookies for the lunch rush at Mr Cho's Chinese Quzine. and if that happens Houston like we've seen them do many many times before will lose their compusre and it'll be a shoot out. But in the end I think Portland taking this approach will tire themselves out. I really see it like this, Houston will take the lead and then Portland will stay very close, but experiance, and solid defense play will prevail the Houston Rockets in the fourth Quater.

For everyone who follows my picks, I'm really sorry for the shitty day, It cost me about a thousand too, but it's gonna be a new day with new results. The key is to have a good result at the end of the week. Best of luck to everyone who reads my posts, and thank you so much for your support.

I'll also post my bets so you guys can take a look at how I'm investing. I call this my investment structure, $2000 can make you 300% in a week.

you don't need to start big, you can just take a zero off, and do $50.00 bets until you build your bankroll. This is a method I call the quarter value method. because you are dividing your total quarters, doing the proper research, and then rewarding yourself if you are correct.

the last two parleys have conflicting information, this is my hedging, from experiance I've learned to have a safe parley. to cover my ass, but at the same time I'm not completely betting against myself because Chicago could lose, and not by 7.5 and I win both. get it?

I didn't bet the Houston game because the spreads haven't been released to sportsbook yet.

Nice picks and write up. One question about how much you lay down on each - how many units are you putting on each - I have just been putting one unit on each. I guess should be putting 3 units on the PK's I guess huh ?

I dont think Portland loses at home. MOF thet should have a lot of confidence going back to Houston-barely losing both games down there and Nates right gotta call it the same for both sides-hes down 3-1 why not bitch and moan now it cant hurt. You gotta love how Portland handlles the officiating on the court no bitching or moaning no matter how bad the calls-watch Yao and the Spanish pretty boy they cry about every call. Go Portland

Sorry for the late response, Its about value. My thinking is go big on the strongest most confident bet. dallas. Boston PK is a confident pick, but a weak payout, so I've really gotta work with it to get the right value. It's like bettting the sun will rise tomorrow, Even though its almost for sure I wouldn't put up a thousand to win fifty five cents. Get it. So I parley it with th e#3 bet, and then some others to gain that value, Philly under and Philly +8.5 are my lower confident bets, but because I was asked to arrange them consecutivly I couldn't really express how they are all about the same for me, and that's why I bet the evenly, alone. I hope this helps.

you don't need to start big, you can just take a zero off, and do $50.00 bets until you build your bankroll. This is a method I call the quarter value method. because you are dividing your total quarters, doing the proper research, and then rewarding yourself if you are correct.
