I get it now. He threw the medals over before he didn't throw them over. He threw his medals over before he threw someone elses war medals over because his war medal were at home but his medal got thrown over until he didn't throw the medals. Then he threw the ribbons over before....

This guy is a pathological liar.

4 more years of Bush, then 30 more years of a more conservative presidents

So you're aying that after Bush is gone we'll finally have an actual conservative, versus a global hegemony advocating, big government building, special interest pandering Democrat who filled out the wrong form when he first registered to vote?

No offense intended towards anyone but I find it kind of amusinging that some here harp so much on "true/real conservatives". It's a point that actually motivated me to consult with a retired college prof I know. Conservative as used today is basically nothing more than a political label that we usually slap on repubs, religious fanatics etc in the U.S..
The political term conservative refers to conserving traditional political values however does not imply which traditional values, in short pretty much a generic term that could be applied to any political way of thinking.

This is such a petty issue for the republicans to bring up.

We all know Kerry is full of shit no need to harp over something so petty that happened 30 years ago to prove it.

That's a good point kaya man. Of course, by the strictest definition of the term I am in fact a liberal -- in the sense of Locke, Jefferson etc. -- but the term liberal has long since been perverted and used to describe policies so far removed from the principles of liberalism that now you call amoral statist whores "liberal" and people who believe in the concepts which empowered America "classically liberal," and it just supposed to be implicitly understood that these two apparent "flavours" of liberal have nothing whatsoever to do with one another.

Very confusing, and mostly only useful for name-calling. It just amuses the hell out of me to see Bush called a "conservative" when he embodies virtually nothing from the classic conservative platform. People seem to have a hard time differentiating between a conservative platform and a Republican agenda these days.

I have seen 2 headlines that caught my attention the past couple of days.

1.) Kerry dismisses Vietnam sercice as political distraction from the issues.

2) Kerry wants Bush to prove his National Guard service.

WTF!

Let me get this right......Kerry wants Bush to prove his service yet when asked to do the same it's a political distraction.

Same ole sh!t,different day.
