this idiot had about 5 chances to burn wyoming on play action on that last drive...they had 8 or 9 in the box on every play.....the 2nd string qb already has 2 td passes....

so,he waits until it`s 3rd and long, and, wyoming`s coach not being an idiot, blitzes and sacks the qb......

this guy makes tommy west look like bill walsh.....

and they signed this moron to a contract extension......

lol

I'm actually really happy that Wyoming won outright. Anytime my favorite looks like it's not going to cover I always root for the dog to win outright. Unreal! Two plays in my opinion swung this entire game. UCLA gets a personal foul when the guy lightly pushes the wyoming guy in the shoulder pad after the play. Does this ref think it's a friggin chess match or something?? Then Bragg the fagg fumbles a punt that had he caught it has a great chance to take it to the house.

One side note, the officiating period in college football has gotten so bad awful!! Something has to change sooner than later!!

This UCLA team was pretty competitve within the Pac-10 conference this year. It makes me wonder about the strength of that conference. Really a pitiful performance against a mid-pack MVC team. :WTF:

Bowl games are all about motivation. Sure UCLA was decent in the Pac 10, but they could give two shits about playing in this minor bowl game. In Wyoming, meanwhile, this game was huge - their first bowl game in 10 YEARS, alot of fans made the trek to Vegas, plus they had a chance to beat a PAC 10 team. Like I said - motivation, the Cowboys had it, the Bruins could have cared less.

2 years in a row ucla loses to mid level mtn west teams.......if they don`t care, the alumni should demand that they hire somebody that does care.....

this is ucla.....not wake forest....it was a pitiful performance...coming on the heels of a similar bowl performance last year.....there`s no excuse...
it`s an embarrassmant to the pac 10....

and dorrel is in over his head....

Well..their more like a 1 1/2 team conference. California didn't look very good against powerhouse Southern Miss either. How do you know how goos USC is if they haven't played anybody any good?

One of the dumbest bets I have made in a while. Wyoming was CLEARLY the play. The moneyline must have been sweet.

Motivation smotivation...UCLA should have kicked their asses all over the field. I don't care if Wyoming's lives depended on it. UCLA had just as much motivation as Wyoming. They lost to a very average Fresno team last year. Their reputation as a major college football team should be motivation enough. The Pac 10 need to learn how to play defense. That's always been my knock against that conference.

GoSooners...what was that about defense and the Pac 10? Are you comparing them to the Big 12 South? You might want to review the stats before you post, I think you will find the Pac 10 defensive stats are far better than your beloved Big 12.

By the way, nice showing by Oklahoma State tonight. Is this the same team that put up 35 on both Oklahoma and Texas? As you said "It makes me wonder about the strength of that conference"

Really a pitiful performance against a mid-pack Big 10 team.

Was that the same UCLA team who almost beat USC and got pasted by OSU. Bias you should know that defensive stats can look good within your conference and not be worth a flip elsewhere.

Go Sooners

So now your point is that the Pac 10 offenses arent very good. Hmmm. The pac's out of conference schedule include Virginia Tech, Iowa, LSU, Boise State, Oklahoma, etc...what was the Big 12 South's like? I know A&M lost to Utah, I know TTech lost to New Mexico, I know Oklahoma beat Oregon and Bowling Green. I guarantee it's nowhere near the Pac 10's.

UCLA blew their wad against USC...I'm guessing OK State blew their wad against Oklahoma. I'm sure not going to say that USC is going to beat Oklahoma because Oklahoma squeeked by OKST and OKSt just got EMBARRASSED by Ohio State...

I'm just trying to use your logic in judging the Big 12 south.

Forgot to add that OREGON lost to the powerhouse Indiana Hoosiers at home.

Also that same Oklahoma State team destroyed UCLA at home early in the year.

LB...what's your point? UCLA is bad? No ****. And since they hung with USC then obviously USC sucks...they sure don't deserve to play in the national championship game. They were so lucky to beat the likes of Iowa, Michigan, V. Tech, Auburn, Cal, the past few years...I'm all over Oklahoma now. Thanks.
