Lake recently attempted to bolster her claims of a stolen election - even though multiple courts have already tossed out her claims - by releasing ballot signatures via her social media platform. Those people have been verified. They did vote, their votes were counted correctly. So there is no scandal with it. However, the scandal now is that Lake released that information to the public on her social media account, which is 100% illegal. See, it turns out that's actually private records and releasing it to the public, you know, releasing these individual's names, which is what releasing the signatures did is 100% illegal. You can't do that. And if you do do that, then you have violated state law. And that is pretty much exactly what the Arizona Secretary of State told the State Attorney General and said, I need you to file charges against Carrie Lake. Now as of me sitting here talking to you and telling you this, criminal charges have not officially been filed against Carrie Lake, but criminal charges have been recommended by the Secretary of State. So basically, again, secretary of State goes to the State Attorney General and says, Hey, listen, here's what happened. Here's the tweet, you know, this is illegal. Here's the statute, she did it, it's illegal. Here's the statute. Um, go ahead and, and file charges against her coming from the State Department. We will handle it. You know, we'll do, uh, uh, whatever we need to cooperate with the prosecution. So just Let us, us know when, when you kind of have that done and we'll be good to go. So again, she hasn't yet been on the receiving end of the charges themselves. She hasn't been arrested or indicted, but I have to imagine given the, uh, openness with which she did this, those criminal charges are probably gonna be coming down the pipeline pretty soon.

Not sure how or why people are actually believing these cases have any chance of actually winning in court. It has been proven for the last 2 years that the judges are all bought/owned and will do what their masters tell them to.
In her case that lead to this challenge the crooked judge totally and completely screwed her over with his rulings about what he would allow to stand from the filing and then how he applied things.

True. Disheartening to say the least. Push back is important for they seem to not like it. They turn to lawfare and other tactics to try and stop rallies and other info from getting out. Why would they do this knowing full well the judges are in their back pockets? Will probably lose in the appellate court and then on to the Arizona Supreme Court with an appeal. The process brings out more corruption exposure and then who knows, maybe judicial corruption will start to be leaked. These are not ordinary times as we know the Executive Branch and Legislative Branch of government are without a doubt 1000% corrupt so that leaves the Judicial Branch. I’m sure the Judicial Branch just can’t be bought off, threatened, coerced, agenda driven in any way, can it?

HamGlaze don't be naive, you knw they are. I know people want to hold the belief that the judicial branch is still honest and will make things right but it is gone also.
Only way I see things changing is how things have been changed when they have gotten like this in similar points throughout history, it is not with voting or peaceful protests either.
Unfortunately, don't think people understand what is truly going on as many still buy what they see and are told from the media. They can't think for themselves or believe that they think things are off but don't believe it could actually happen. They do not believe or think that things will be that bad even if things are clamped down on by the authoritarian communist/Nazi's.
People are ignorant about history and do not understand what is going on or what will happen until things are really bad, so bad there is only one way out of it and I think those people are to weak to do what would need to be done to take their freedom back.
