It is actually from an animated (claymation-type) English TV show from a ways back, 'The Wombles' about these funny creatures who live underground at wimbledon park, making amends from the discarded waste of humans; clever show.

I use it in online chess which is a better place for it because other players think I'm really from Bulgaria.
