Just got burned by Bookmaker, looking for new book

Is 5dimes still the best alternative for US players? What about Bovada, Heritage or Betonline? Any others worth considering?

Trying to avoid cc fees and get re-up bonuses, but must be reliable.

exploited17 - thanks for the response. Fair enough. Ive aired grievances before in forum setting which subsequently backfired, but I get your point.

Mods - please remove reference to Bookmaker in thread title - and instead leave Looking for new book, or similar.
