and gotta say, it was pretty frickin good. Not a big Mel Gibson fan (Braveheart & Lethal Weapon aside) but I thought he did an awesome directing job. Kinda pissed I waited this long to watch it.

I didn't have any high expectations of the movie the first time I saw it. But I thought it was very good. I gave it 3 out of 4 popcorns. @)@)@)

Saw it on cable a few months ago. I thought it was fairly amazing and you have to give it up for the film maker.

Weird that all you guys like it. I heard enough bad things to avoid watching it altogether. Maybe I'll have to take a look after all.

That movie was insane! Props to Mel as always. I really don't understand what all the hub bub is about Gibson either. I got no complaints.

That movie was genius, Gibson makes a movie in a foreign language (that is virtually dead lol) and its 3 hours, and with relatively all unknowns.

acting is amazing,
scene setup is amazing,
not hokey or lame, so many emotions captured.

I felt like I knew the life on earth at that time?? geesh,,, creepy shit.

great movie,

tater

I thought the same thing, that it would be ok at best. I was really surprised. For the guys that haven't seen it you definitely need to check it out.

its ok as long as you guys keep in mind that in both movies (Braveheart and Apocalypto) there are big historic inaccuracies

of course that doesn't take anything from the entertainment side of it
