Did anyone receive a payout from them today...usually its pretty quick. Not concerned, but curious - as I didn't receive an email reply to my status check.

ok...cool...finally got a reply from customer service, processor problems apparently.

Bundy I actually did. I put the request in at noon, and i usually would get an e-mail within 30minutes that it had been complete. The money was taken out and confirmation e-mail wasn't sent to me until 6pm today. They have changed processors and its a totally different URL if you want to log in as well. BJ or the new processing company should've contacted us and let us know of the change imo

Yeah...it was around 6pm (i believe) that they processed the w/d.

Usually its pretty quick...and the customer service didn't even reply to my email earlier in the day, which was also strange. But it worked...just wish they would've simply emailed me back the 1st time, before I had to send a second email to the banking dept.
