U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson was openly irritated both with Attorney General Eric Holder and with the U.S. House of Representatives over whether executive privilege allows Holder to withhold documents on Operation Fast and Furious. But she also signaled she would rule against Holder in part, making it likely that Congress—and the public—could learn the truth about a gun-running scandal that ended with a murdered federal agent

But it underlines the hard stand this administration has on cover ups. Fast and Furious, Benghazi, IRS, this administration is being exposed for what they are. Holder is a joke when all is said and done. This adminstration is agenda driven and if everything they did to push that agenda was ever exposed they would be exposed for the frauds that they are. Constitution be damned should be the motto of this administration and Holder leads the pack.

Well they are running out of time, feeling a sense of urgency as his second term runs down. It will only get worse. I think they realize that Hillary is no shoe in and that compounds their timeline. If they were passing on the baton it might be different. Oh well, what difference does it make.

So far as I can see there is no apatite to go after the administration. Apathy rules. It’s just a pony and dog show on the Hill. A lot of lip service and zero action.

Fast and Furious 5 years.
NSA 8 years.
IRS 2 years.
Benghazi 2 years.
ObamaCare 5 years.
The VA 8 years.

The above are the number of years that since each scandal began. Investigation after investigation and what do we have to show for it. Nada, zilch, nothing. No one has ever been held accountable for any them.

It’s like watching a soap opera, miss 30 episodes and you missed nothing.
