Joe Muzzulla is arguably the dumbest coach in the NBA

If his talented team is hitting 3's, they win. If not, they lose. He can't stop a run to save his life

If Brad Stevens needed a hoop, he's calls a timeout and the C's score on an uncontested bunny

Muzzulla's offense to to dripple, play one on one, no passes, and take a bad shot. This coach is a fucking moron, and his team is taking on his personality. I hated him in year 1, he won last year when his team of stars made shots, but he gets outcoached each and every time in a close game

Ime Udoke, should be our coach. Brad, don't bring Joe back, I'd love to see you back on the sidelines

"we need to shoot more 3's", mans a fucking idiot

PS: I don't think there is a chance he gets fired, but he sucks and Brad Stevens can see this

They can

They need Porzingas and they need to shoot well. God knows they're not winning the coaching battle

I'm used to them giving away a game, they do it all the time. Again, it's that mental preparation thing. But 2 straight chokejobs at home is hard to overcome

Lets see how they play with their backs against the wall

They collectively shoot too many 3’s

I’m not a 3-point hater (I attempted 174 threes to just 7 twos my senior year of high school

But sometimes you just need a bucket

Game 1 they needed to just get a tough bucket to halt momentum

They shoot all threes, and that's Muzzulla's focus. That's what he emphasizes

And all they needed at the end of both games was one good play. He's got nothing. Jason or Brown or someone go one on one and make a tough contested shot.

Whatever you do, don’t run a play or make a pass. That's so overrated

No time out with 12 seconds left. No play. Just one on the whole Knicks team. Don’t even think about passing the ball. Easy defense for the Knicks . Nuts.

They need Brad Stevens to come down and coach these fourth quarters.

Blowing twenty point third quarter leads in consecutive games. At home no less.

This isn’t Detroit. These guys are World Champions.

They need a Larry Bird or Kevin Garnett. A madman to galvanize the team. No such guy on this team.

Tough to be a Celtics fan this morning.

Watching that last play in the video above, you could see right away they weren't going to score.

When the coach freezes, the whole team does too.

Maybe not as dumb as you think. He was smart enough not to call a timeout because he had nothing in mind that could have helped the team. He was a DEI hire who got very lucky by having the best team last year. He contributed nothing and continues at that level.

Maybe a silver lining for C's fans is that they can absolutely dominate the Knicks when they want to.

Everything had to go exactly right for NY for them to win both games. Would be highly unlikely to happen again.
