It seemed Plax played his best against McCalister and the Ravens, I'm sure the Ravens secondary will be happy....Now if they can get a guy to throw it to him.

The ONLY thing I never liked about the guy is he is sort of a Woosy Reciever and gets hurt alot..not physical smash mouth tuff Touchdown reciever like Hines ward...

Ward may be the toughest receiver ever, reminds me of Gary Clark but a better blocker...

I know what you mean Dante , Plaxico is a big target , he's not built for that kind of physical play...

"From a Pittsburgh fan"

Whomever gets Burress will overpay for him. he is a solid starting receiver, but is no star. Year after year he disappeared in big games and dropped passes in key situations. He does not have even above average hands. He will drop some balls. He will belly ache when the ball doesn't come his way often enough (and the Ravens aren't exactly the Colts). He is tall but still has not learned how to use his height to his advantage. He very rarely ever goes up in the air and catches the ball at his highest point. He is more of body catcher. Pittsburgh will surely need to find a replacement as I think Randle El is more suited for the slot, but I am glad they didn't give Plax his $10 mill signing bonus. If he was 6 foot 2, he'd be just another receiver.

And QB is much more of a problem for Baltimore than is WR. Interesting to see how much longer they stick with Kylie Blower :103631605

They cant keep both Ward and Burress. They made the right choice. I think Buress is overrated a lttile and Ward has been much more productive in the playoffs.

Ward is a man. Never runs out of bounds. Rarely drops a ball. Always looking to throw a block or run somebody over. Always has a smile on his face. Completely broke down and lost it in front of the media the day after the AFC Championship game loss. He's what every fan wants his NFL athlete to be.
