Hey Post,
Wish I could pick one I feel strong about, but I just don't have a great feel for this weekend's card and I really don't like throwing around so-so selections.
That said, I may be playing Notre Dame -- They have looked solid of late and should put the better, more athletic team on the field. I think they are a bit undervalued by the public due to their W/L record, but that is more a reflection of a brutal schedule and huge early problems on the offensive side of the ball -- For what I've seen, Quinn is improving and the Irish offense should be productive enough to get the win and cover.
However, as bad as Cuse has looked at times this year, they have also stepped up and beaten two pretty good teams in BC and Toledo and a near miss at Miami -- I worry about N. Dame emotional make-up after returning to pound the shit out of their coach's old team last week -- this could be a let down spot. Nonetheless, I do think the Irish can get this one done.
Also like Mizzou's POW on Oklahoma in the B12 Champ...God, this team is scary, scary good.
My honest to god best advice for this weekend is to jump on Dawgman's syndicate plays and Railbird's college hoop plays.
