Owner Woody Johnson Might Of Wanted To Fire Saleh After They Lost The Week Before To Denver But Gave Him 1 Last Chance To See If They Could Have Upset The Vikings , Looks Better To Fire Him Now At 2-3.

First of the AFC East teams to fire their coach as I expected. Putting odds at 75-25 that we see at least one more this year. And 40-60 that we see the other two gone.

Belli will be in demand.

Who do you think will fire their coach?

Despite the fact that they reside in the all time bad AFC East, both of these teams are regressing under McDermot and Mc Daniels.

Mc Dermot is a decent coach but despite having one of the elite QBs in today's NFL in Josh Allen they just can't get to the top. Their window is closing. Billy B could certainly make the difference.

After drubbing Denver 70-20 in Week 3 last year, McDaniels was crowned the new shiny thing in coaching. He had arguably the best receiver in the game in Tyreek Hill, a strong flanker in Waddle, and a two headed monster at running back in Mostert and Archane. But since then the Fins have gone 9-11, and 1-7 over their last eight games despite playing powerhouses like Jacksonville, Tennessee, and New England. Hell if the foot inbounds rule applied in the end zone the way it applies on the sideline, they'd be 0-8 in their last 8. There's a poison toxin in the waters in Miami. Fish are dying. And McDermott is in the frying pan.

But Brissett would have still started the first 5 games while Daniels got to watch

Nah
I doubt that
If so you have a coaching problem

Coaching maybe, front office maybe, maybe ownership. Nobody around here is sure who is making the player calls. Hell, I'm not even sure that they would have taken Daniels if he fell to third.

Replacing Brady and Belichick is not gonna be a smooth transition. The pain started a few years ago. I don't think they've bottomed out yet although like everyone else around here I'm hoping that Maye bumps them upward. But they are a long way from a double digit winning team, something that was achieved year after year after year around here for about twenty years. Unfortunately we're spoiled and impatient.
