Raiders had him earlier this year but cut him right when the season began. I doubt they'd bring him back.

They cut him so that JRussell won't be looking over his shoulder. After seeing how bad he is they better sign him before TB does.

Garcia can still play in this league and is better than the following starting QBs.

3. Marc Bulger Stl
4. Brady Quinn/Derek Anderson Clev
5. Chad Henne Miami

He will probably get signed by the Dolphins as Henne is just too green.

Garcia is a gutsy ..gritty QB. HE definitely gets the respect of his teammates.. he'll take a hit to complete a pass. I a little surprised that the Eagles haven't traded Vick and kept Garcia. My best guess is that Garcia still wants to start in the NFL and that won't happen with the Birds..

I think garcia could easily replace the starting Q.b on at least 5 teams and instantly improve anyone one of those teams.

He may be short but the man has a lot of heart and could still play.

Part of the reason the Raiders cut Garcia is because he asked to be released. He was not interested in being a back-up to JaMarcus Russell.
