Greetings,

I have a four bedroom house with a double garage and enclosed back area for rent walking distance from Plaza Mayor. Owner just wants to get it rented so is at $900 per month negotiable.

Its got cute indoor gardens and is on a quiet street. This would be a great place for people to share and it doesn't matter if you have a bow wow. Oh... there are already some nice appliances in the kitchen.

OK, I didn't get any bites at all on that one... tough crowd.

Anyway the owner has agreed to lower the price on the Rohmoser house to $800 so that might be better.

OH... and these just in, fabulous totally furnished apt in Bello Horizonte. An executive style pad with everthing redone inside. Awesome views, very secure, pool, jump on the pista to go to work in San Pedro or closer. A classey place and priced at $1,800.

Totally furnished and cheaper at $1,200 in Escazu. Three bdrs, two levels, nice layout, good looking condo. GREAT location.

YES the Rohmoser house is still available and I have got some other good options as well.

I have a totally furnished Escazu place heavily reduced in price, awesome big house with bar and pool near multiplaza and nice, cheap furnished little places near the Forum.

BTW: If anyone wants a BIG house with two big yards, pool, bar upstairs with fireplace, this would be a great place for two couples to share. Or for an executive who likes to entertain. Only $2,300. Used to be an embassey house but owner is overseas so reduced the rent. Very elegant and perfect for entertaining. City light Views. 5 minutes from Multiplaza.
