JAX JAGS on Sunday

This Colts team is in trouble on both sides of the ball right now. If Dallas Clark does not play on Sunday, than they will be without two of their most important pieces on offense once again, as you could have told from the first two games that this O is not the same without Dallas and Saturday, to go along with Peyton not being 100 percent yet.

Now, the Colts lose Bob Sanders. Ed Johnson was already a big loss to that run game, but we all remember what happened to the Colts rush D two years ago when Bob Sanders missed the majority of the regular season. While it is true that the Jags have issues of their own, particularly along the O-line, they do have all of their playmakers intact, which cannot be said for the Colts right now. While I doubt the Jags start the season 0-3, getting 5.5 points given the situation the Colts are in right now is an even bigger reason to back JAX here.

Both Saturday and Clark have a chance to practice today

I would not play this game until closer to game time, as they are both questionable right now. But as of right now, this is my view of the game. If both play, I will stay away, but either way, their defense is in trouble.

Injured players reentering the lineup are no guarantee of good production at that position. Clark may be hurried back in because his replacement is now out with an injury.

Carefull. Jacksonville's o-line is so banged up they're picking up free-agent scrubs to fill in.

How bad has their o-line been so far? Well, over the past two games Garrard has been sacked 9 times (3rd most in the NFL) and Jacksonville's once mighty rushing attack with Drew/Taylor tandem is currently ranked 28th overall.

It's no wonder Jacksonville is 0-2.

Watchout. This Idy team has struggled but seemed to be clicking in the 4th quarter of last week. I look to see them continue this progression throughout this game. Jax looks horrible to me.

Not to mention Indy hasnt won a game yet in the new stadium. I cant see them losing the first 2 games there.
