Jags favored on the road here. Opened at -4.5 now at -3. 1st time as a road favorite since 2011. Jags have played last 5 years in London and have had bye week afterwards but not here. McCown has actually been better than expected so far this season. Jets coming off an absolute whipping of the Dolphins. Bowles actually had team ready to play. As good as Jags have been vs Texans and Ravens still don't think they are worthy of being favored on the road. Thoughts?

Well they're certainly scoring about 20+ pts a game respectively. Jets have put up an avg of 12.66 pts a game. Jags SHOULD be favored.

i think they finally have a decent team.

this week will be tough to cap
lots of home dogs covering last week and another set of home dogs for this week's slate
can the dogs keep winning?

I doubt they keep winning. Nfl changing it up. Sure Home dogs seems to get glory but that trains gotta stop when they're many in one week. I agree it's hard to cap. Something tells me Colts cover that 13/14 pts. Sea has won the past 10+ games and 77% ATS when above a 10pt fav at home.

oops. Seattle is 0-3 ATS this yr. I'm gonna retract that statement.

I think the Jags will be really tough to predict this year. They either look really good or really bad. I think they'll win a relatively close game here, but I'm staying away

I like the Jets. Jags overvalued because of last week, but look at how they played vs Tenn? That was just two weeks ago? Being road favs may be justified? But at 3.5? Flying back from London?

If the Jets win this game the Bortles Show from Sunday morning will be long forgotten. I do like the Jags defense though.

I agree fully here. Jags and perhaps the Rams are enigmas that can be either great or get slammed any given week.
