and to everyone who participated in the highly competetive battle...both Vini and Monkey selected Colorado as their final play (emailed to The General)
Gameface led for awhile, Vini, Drunk and finally Betmonkey who led briefly slipped back and then finally secured the title!

What on earth are you referring to as "the ALT RL rule?"
The run lines have been posted as available from the beginning of this contest. Any lines not available have been consistently omitted from the available selections. For example, Chicago Cubs @ home more often than not had no total listed.
How can it be that a play that is clearly listed is unavailable, after the fact?
I am confident that further review will get this right, which is all anyone could hope for.
Actually, yes this was the first time I made this selection. It was from strictly a strategy situation, however. I had to have 1.24 units or better to advance ahead of Betmonkey.
Can someone please explain why these plays are offered as options but somehow are not really available?
I have looked at the run lines every day but only found a play worth chancing today. I needed to improve my position by .24 or better, thus the attractiveness of +130.
vv, I am only guessing here but I imagine the reason they were there is that it was simply easy for General to cut & paste this way...
I feel really bad for you, however, IMO, if no one at any time in any thread ever bet a RUN LINE (as stated in the rules) & were never given credit for a RUN LINE bet (wether they won or not). Then the rules have been followed here & as much as it sucks, unfortunately you lost...
It is unfortunate as perhaps had you remembered you woudnt have taken Colorado as second choice? I dont know... Or would you have taken them anyway if knowing run lines were ineligible...
I looked throgh about 5 or so of the contest threads before getting too lazy, but I never saw anyone select a run line...
