Pinnacle is now offering alternate MLB RLs and they're dealing them with a 14 cent straddle.
Allow me to explain, let's use the following game 903/Houston-904/Montreal:
The traditional RL @ Pinny looks like this:
903. Houston -1.5 -116
904. Montreal +1.5 +106
That's a 10 cent line. The alternate RLs look like this:
903. Houston -1
-157
904. Montreal +1
+143
903. Houston -2
+112
904. Montreal +2
-126
903. Houston -2.5
+143
904. Montreal +2.5
-157
That's a 14 cent line. Some of the other reputable books are offering a
20 cent line on th straight up Money Lines and yet when Pinnacle posts these babies, Senditin goes like this:

quote:
Pinnacle now offering multiple run line odds in baseball...1,1.5,2,2.5 runs.
It's about time.

Why would it be about time? Is it a player's God-given right to demmand these offers?
Listen, I too agree it would be really cool to have the same type of lines for NFL (5Dimes posted similar lines last year), but this attitude is uncalled for. How about some props?
Guys like Senditin go beyond my comprehension...
