Answer is YES. For further evidence, the total versus Oregon next week will probably be around 81 and, if they wanted to, Oregon could get close to that themselves although it is so easy to run on USC, they will probably settle in at around 59.
You know USC has athletes so the defense is strictly a reflection of very poor coaching plus it is not that hard to get into USC.
