Does anyone even read this stuff?
I thought this was a horse racing room but it feels more like a
LIBRARY...maybe even the MORGUE...LOL

Usually when I post my picks and come up with 3 exactas paying over $100
I get some response. Not to mention a COLD P3 ($6 wager) that pays $339.00

I realize I'm fairly new here, but I did post 2 days in a row
and showed what I thought were some real nice priced winnings.
Maybe there's really no interest here? Am I wasting my time posting
this stuff or are you all just a bit shy?

If I'm helping you out, let's hear it. If you think I'm
just a fluke, let's hear that too. But Geeezuz, let's hear
something so I know I'm in the right room, not the Janitor's closet.

You are right that this room can seem pretty dead at times. I don't really come in here to give or get picks but rather to hear news about horseracing an racebooks. Nice job on the picks though, but I doubt that you could achieve a positive ROI in the longrun w/ action on that many races, especially betting exotics.

I just post all the races. I don't bet them all. I look at the probables/will-pays and if they are up to my "risk/reward" then I will play. Most days I play an average of 10 races from 5 or 6 tracks, sometimes more, sometimes less.
I leave it up to the people here to make their own decisions on that since I have no way to determine their individual bankrolls or comfort levels.
As far as positive ROI, with the right money management it can be done easily. But that's a different thread or room from the description here IMHO.

Its tough trying to bet winners full stop, not alone throwing money at other peoples fancies. Maybe more interest would be got if this Forum was posted like the english racing Forums, no selections but angles.

Is there a dark horse in the race, is something over-priced, does the favourite look dodgy, is a stable out of form, is the weather going to affect anything.

do you ever handicap horse matchups at Pinnicle? Those are my new favorite horse bet as the juice taken out is so much less.

I never have put much effort into the MU's. Maybe it's because I seem to spend so much time just doing all this other stuff. But since you've mentioned it, I think I will trytrytry<grin> to save some time for it.
