Not sure if i have ever seen an NFL game cancelled before full time expired.. If they did cancel it now looks like all bets would be no action.

Yes all bets would be no action. Never seen it done before in NFL. Remember loosing a Baseball game one time. Had over 7.5, was 8-2 in the 4th. Game canceled and bet was a push. Doubt they cancel the whole game though.

Teams have been told to come back on to the field at 8:05 Eastern time and the game will resume about 8:20 p.m. The delay began at 6:54 p.m. Eastern time.

Well that's different, turbo350, game has to go five innings for it to count (totals have to go 8.5/9 innings to count)

A good example is a game earlier this season that was over/under 8.5 and the score was 8-3 (Astros/Twins I think?) in the 7th or 8th inning, long rain delay, then they decide to just end it. Game was official, but since it didn't go the full nine, over bettors were NOT rewarded even though it already went over the total... dumbest rule in the industry I believe.

Same would apply here. Some books even say game has to go full 60 mins to count

Preseason games are called for situations like this without a second thought but never for regular season games due to the competition integrity. The 20 point spread has no bearing on the decision either. What if Denver was up 3 and Tampa was driving versus 27-7. Makes no difference and since it's a regular season game they will finish it out no matter how long the delay. Preseason game they would have already showered since the game doesn't count.
