Is there any good reason to bet on the Raiders tonight?

Other than the fact that the spread has jumped 2 points to a 6?

No fair answering after the game is over.

I was asking if there was a reason TO bet on the Raiders? I don't need any ammunition on why I should bet on the Rams.

The entire forumville world is on the Rams. Now, if Langer is on the Rams, double up on the Raiders.

Well, the year before last they look like world beaters. Last year they looked like sheet. Can they be that team again? Almost seems like they gave up last year. But, there is a reason. Only a year away from being a SB team if Carr doesn't get injured

I'm not sure how they're a year away when they just traded away their best defensive player. Do tell.

I am just saying THAT YEAR they could have went to the SB if Carr wasn't injured. You asked for a reason. As for how it effects the team now, who knows Can losing a player hurt? YES. Does that mean that same team couldn't have made it without him? NO

I believe Irvin did enough last year to give him the leadership on the D and to be the guy to take Macks place. Along with young guns in the middle with hurst / pj Hall and A key on the end they might not be as bad as everyone thinks. Alot cheaper as well. They did pretty good in picking up Melvin and cromartie as well. We'll see how the game goes.

Huge impact defensive players matter, a lot, can change teams D significantly.
I look at that as a key handicapping point of emphasis. Mack is a top 5 defensive impact player in the NFL, required specialist attention, double teaming, etc. He’s gone, not replaced at all.

Put your money where your mouth is big shot. I’ll take Oak +6 for a clean crisp $100 bill.

Again, you miss the point. What you said technically can be applied to every game in every single sport. So it’s just a stupid thing to advise in general. Another capper clone. What happened to the originality, the quality? A lil bit of knowledge in your capping.....the kids starvin

Exactly as I thought. Shoot your mouth then run and hide.

I agree with post 10. No way has he been replaced. Mack can singlehandedly take over a game. Did you watch the Green Bay game last night?

I bet the Raiders. Oh wait, that’s probably considered a better reason to bet the Rams. @):mad:In at +4 too.
