Last Friday I was so busy posting and reading posts that I almost missed betting the 5PM NFL games. Fortunately, I was barely able to get my bets in. However, I was not able to shop for the best line, So yes, the Rx IS a distraction. The solution, however is not so obvious. What are we going to do, quit the Rx. No way, we are all hooked!
It`s a good observation, you don`t have to take it literally for christ sake. Apply it as it might pertain to you. I too find myself at times bogged down in the minutia of the RX discipline is key. Now days there`s such an overload of info thanks to the internet it`s easy to lose focus. KISS!
