I am a fan of Michigan so I was wondering if they are in. I can't find a consensus. Some say they are in with thier win in Minny today, others say they need one win in the Big Ten tourney. What do you guys think?

Beat Iowa (or Indiana, depending on what happens in the NW/OSU game) and you can sleep easy Saturday Night.

~ top ten SOS, 2 wins over top 5 teams, 6 wins against RPI top 50 teams, and 10 against RPI top 100 teams. they are in either way.

I think they are in right now, but win their first round B10 tourney game, and they are definately in.

NEW MEXICO IS IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LETS GO LOBOS!!!!!!!!!
Who's gonna cover Chad Toppert when he gets hot? What Osiris Eldridge did in the 2nd half for Illinois State today even though they lost is what I've seen Chad Toppert do many times

Over 4 years, Toppert is a career 43% 3-Point Shooter, that is insane

That's great, but this thread is about Michigan, not the wonderful Chad Toppert

I agree with what has been stated here. A Big 10 win or 2 would only cement what I believe will already happen. I think they are IN already though.

i have a feeling michigan will be in. those wins over duke, and ucla are going to hold some weight against a bunch of times that have done a whole lot of nothing. not many teams have quality wins like that. the same reason if Northwestern can win 2 games in the Big 10 tournament they also should be in

I say they are in... there are some worthless teams coming in--they could hold their own against them so why not?

I think we'll see 8 Big Ten teams in this year unless Penn State/Michigan/Minnesota screws up in the first round.

Tough luck for Northwestern. Some GREAT wins but they've got to win the entire thing to get in the tournament at this point.

They don't have to win the entire thing. They need to win 2 games.

You have 5 teams in the Big Ten who are locks regardless of what happens in the tourney (MSU, Illinois, Purdue, Wisc, OSU) and three teams who simply have to win one game to solidify their at-large bid (PSU, Mich, Minn).

Northwestern has had SOOOOO many chances this year but has failed to deliver. Because of that, they're out unless they make it to at least Saturday (meaning they would have beaten both Minnesota and Michigan State) in the BTT.
