The only thing I've ever been curious about regarding Shrink and the agreement he has reached with each mod, would be, is a mod's salary based on how much they post, or are they required to post a particular amount based on their salary? In other words, if they are all paid in the same range, salary~wise, how do you justify some posting much more than the others?

I've had a few scraps with Journey but I will say he does a fine job here. No one runs a contest like he can. Don't know what he makes but I am sure he earns every penny.
