IS IT ME, OR IS THE NBA SEASON ENDING A WEEK EARLIER THIS YEAR?

I KNOW THEY STARTED THIS YEAR AT THE END OF OCTOBER. DOES THIS MEAN THAT THE PLAYOFFS MIGHT END EARLIER THIS YEAR? ALSO, IS THIS GOING TO BE THE FUTURE PROGRAM, OR WAS THIS SIMPLY AN ABERRATION?

Closed out on April 16 last season, April 14 this year.

GREAT POINT. THE NBA IS NOT WHAT IT ONCE WAS, AND I DONT KNOW MANY PEOPLE WHO WON BETTING IT THIS YEAR.

The first round of the playoffs are 7 games vs 5. The change was made last yr when the Lakers were below 4th in the west.

NBA totals is the most lucrative play in sports betting. Anyone disagree with that statement?

i know a guy who has made a fortune betting totals for over 10 years straight. this year was tough for him for some reason.

I know a lot of people who claim to make a lot of money on NBA totals, and have always heard that it is one of the most beatable things in sports betting. For some reason, when I actually track their plays, they don't win, with the exception of a few who are very selective (Occam comes to mind in the NBA forum). I guess I'm a jinx since when I look at the totals, they lose. On the other hand, I do know people who beat the sides year in and year out.
