Is it booze or cocaine to explain why Bush is a mess in public?

We know this for sure:

1) Bush was heavy into cocaine ... part of the reason he went AWOL

2) Bush has a DUI

3) Bush was arrested in the early 70s in Houston for cocaine

4) Numerous pictures of Bush in public the past few years with glasses
of alcohol

5) Completely unable to function mentally at press conferences with the
way he wanders off track mentally

I WOULD SAY BUSH IS BOOZING HEAVY THESE DAYS AND THAT WOULD
EXPLAIN WHY HIM AND THE WIFE ARE PRETTY MUCH SEPARATED

I think he be tired cause he works hard and don't get the sleep he should. Also he be nervous when he hasta talk to the press cause they be mean to him. Collectively these here things wear him down so he don't look gooder when he speaks in public. This is my opinion on this here issue. Hope this helps!

W has never been and never will be an eloquent public speaker.
He was not blessed with that skill.
He knows what he wants to say, he just doesn't convey it as well as others.
Has nothing to do with booze, coke, or anything else.

Bubba was and still is every bit a drinker and drugger as W, but unlike W, Bubba was blessed with the fine art of public speaking.

One more thing Doc, you can go back in recent history and find out there have been skeletons in past Presidents, and First Ladies.

W liked to party at Yale, Bubba and Roger partied like animals in Arkansas, and don't get me started about him and the Dixie Mafia, Kennedy was a booze and pill hound, Betty Ford was a lush...............
so don't be painting Bush as the only one.

Having said that, I am a Regan republican, but I would cross party lines if your party trotted out somebody better than psycho Algore or John 'Ambulance Chaser' Edwards, the list goes on forever, but until your party does this, I will continue to vote the party line.

You know who is to blame for the Bush reelection? The dems, that's who, because W was very beatable with the right opponent.

1) Bush was APPOINTED in 2000

2) Bush was not Elected in 2004 ... O'Dell guaranteed he would "carry
Ohio" and Diebold and the Smart Tech servers pulled that off very
nicely that nite

Where in the constitution does it say that bullshit?
I think Doc is referring to Martial law, but Martial Law is not explicity mentioned anywhere in the Constitution.

capability to cancel the National Election for 6 months you are really

Marines Combat Train in Indianapolis

Vic Ryckaert
IndyStar
May 29, 2008

U.S. Marine helicopters will land at the old Eastgate Consumer Mall, Brookside Park and other Indianapolis locations when the city becomes a mock battlefield next week.

About 2,300 Marines from the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, based at Camp Lejeune, N.C., will conduct urban warfare training from Wednesday
through June 19 in and around Indianapolis

* A year ago, the Bush administration created NSPD-51, which effects martial law in the event of an emergency. Under the provisions of NSPD-51, the Bush administration itself will be able to decide just what constitutes such an emergency

If all that is so Bill Clinton must have handled it better he was a Rhodes scholar. Dubya was a "C" student.

Could be the reason Bill was a better speaker was because he is smarter. (but then so is almost everybody)

Anybody with a half of brain realizes that Bubba is a very brilliant man, there is a gazillion things I don't like about him, but let's call a spade a spade, the man is brilliant.

Bush initially asked Cheney only to advise him on whom to choose. After assuring Bush that he himself had no ambition to be vice president, Cheney then arranged it so that all options narrowed down to him

Since Cheney lived in Texas at the time, choosing him led Bush into a situation that, if the words of our Founding Fathers still have any meaning, is unconstitutional. The Constitution forbids a state's electors from voting for candidates for president and vice president who are both "an inhabitant of the same state as themselves." Yet by voting for Bush and Cheney, electors in Texas did precisely that. Cheney lived in Texas, had a Texas driver's license and filed his federal income tax using a Texas address. He had also voted in Texas, not in Wyoming, a state where he had not lived full-time for decades.

What do ya think Bush tried to do in NO?

Go down your homework on what went down with Bush fucking w/Blanco
during Katrina to Implement Martial Law

Go do your homework on Prices' GOP connections with Blackwater

Go look at Bush's comments on CNN in 2001 about wanting to be a "Dictator"

BUSH IS A BASTARD ... A DESPERATE ONE AND KBR GOT THE CONTRACTS TO SPRUCE UP THE 800 PLUS FEMA "DETENTION CENTERS" ... BUSH CAN DELAY THE NATIOAL ELECTIONS FOR 6 MONTHS AND IF YOU DONT THINK SO THEN I RECOMMEND TURNING OFF LIMBAUGH AND GETTING A REALITY CHECK ON WHAT IS UNFOLDING UNDER BUSH/CHENEY

Tell the whole story Doc.
Months before the election, Cheney put up his home in Dallas for sale, changed his drivers license and voter registration to Wyoming.
All legit.
Who says so?
The fifth circut court of appeals, that's who.
That appeals court dismissed the 12th ammendment violation case brought up by several voters.
