Pretty much. It just won't seem right though when Irsay dies and his dumbass 3rd generation daughter takes over. What could she possibly say or have any influence on besides she cuts the checks. Imagine you are a GM with 30 years of NFL experience and some little pretty blonde gets in your face telling you how to do your job.
