Outside of the Colts 1 Super Bowl win, Indy would have never won a title yet have had very competitive teams between Colts/ Pacers.

This chart says a lot. Not saying it's THE reason they haven't won shit, but it's hard to compete with big tv markets/money. Pitt has been the exception.

Indians dont want to spend money
Cavs will spend the money
Browns dont know how to spend the money

And none of them can win a title and if the Cavs dont win it soon they probably never will
