Joey C:

I can see you have recommended I-Net before. I have seen the software and I still think its primitive. How does the credit interface work for you? I thought it was shitty, shitty.

Volume wise I would say bowmans is the biggest inet client to date. Biggest reputation shop to use them is Grande. Gambler's ave is a nice new guy on the block shop that has them.

I hope Bowmans fine tunes the software before CT hits 'em with a few correlated If Bets.

Gentlemen,

I will offer some good input first hand. While working for OE, we had to deal with the Customer Service for the Credit end of the business. Agents calling in looking for all kinds of customized specs.

Profiling a package was simple. In credit business everyone wants something different and with this software it is not such a difficult task. You can opt to NOT offer Casino or Horses if all you want to do is book action or you can open them up for more play.

Their report system is incredible and if you know what you want specifically their queries CAN handle. A simple script and voila!! Perfect feature for the Agent who wants to know who to root for. How much is on what. Specific bet count. All this and more at the touch of yor fingers.

They are constantly working on product perfection. I have seen the amount of techies and CS people working in the shop to improve this software daily.

We use them for Post Up now and we cannot complain. They were the same platform at the moment we had credit on the same database and it hung well with both environments simultaneously. Like all platforms it has it's quirks but this is much better than other software I've personally used previously. I can name a few, but this one guys works better than those, trust me. Website design friendly and customer friendly.

One specific feature that stands out for me, is the no chip transfer. Be it cash or match play, the balance is tallied without having to purchase chips or transfer funds which is unhealthy to your casino or horse features.

good luck to all

Not exactly the most comfortable on the back end. Manager reports are very restrictive if you're looking for some particular stats.

Nothing wrong with IQL. They moved out to Costa Rica and went to Panama. Big fuzz for nothing. Sad they lost a customer. Product is good.

Panama will be their main hq. They own the master license for online gaming there. Good move for them, bad for migrating books that are running on a different platform.

IQL has a great casino, their sports software is not even close. They should drop the book software altogether and make plugins for each major sportbook software and welcome all incomming books with open arms and casinos.

eh? - I agree IQL casino is OK but the Sportsbook software is very weak with not as many features as iNET and that's probably why Bowmans switched to iNET. Their Toteboard is awesome and

BTW IQL DOES NOT hold the master license in Panama...that's a FALSE rumor some little bird started to prop-up the IQL stock

...just ASK BetPanAm who owns the master license there...LOL

WHY would Panama give a master license to a SOFTWARE company??? Get-a-business-clue-dude

IQ-L in Panama? - They have a deal down there with a group but their NEW offices are right next to the outback in Escazu ( Don't tell that to the pizza man). As many have said products are okay, some like them some don't but the management and support are the HUGE issue - F - ing Brits

As an end-user I LOATHE the IQL s/w as it is very user unfriendly IMO! It is so generic and restrictive that almost any home-grown book s/w is much better. I think the IQL is the worst I've seen and so many small shops use it! Yuck!

I was told by IQL themselves that they held the master license in Panama, is that a rumor or a lie?

chips, its true. Maybe they don't want to have this piece of info "advertised"...since whomever wants to operate out of Panama will have to be on IQL platform.

My understanding is a group (not IQ-L) holds the master license and has cut a deal with IQ-L to be one of the software providers for now, they are also talking to several other groups so when people come down they will have a choice, I could be wrong but this is what I hear. Also more than one group will have a gaming license over time.
