I have had a number of accounts closed over the last year and have friends who will let me use their accounts to get bets on with these companies. However, most sportsbooks track multiple accounts via IP addresses. I believe that IP Address blocking software is available.

Does anyone know whether this will work with the sportsbooks and allow me to bet from my computer through multiple accounts and secondly can anyone recommend good, reliable software for this. Are there any free IP address blockers out there?

-Why do you want to play in a place that kicked you out?

-If they do find out who you are they might keep balance/winnings

-If the IT/Fraud prevention departments detect that you are using the IP of a proxy that might be suspicious and might block you "just in case"

-IP addresses are easily changed, I myself have two different ISPs in my house so I can change the IP visible to the outside in a heartbeat, if you do have a choice of dsl/cable switch from one to the other , that will change the IP

-If I were to track someone from NOT playing ever again it would be much easier to just detect what cc's were used in the past/neteller etc

Going back to point 1, why do you want to insist on playing with them........

wolfie_cr - I bet using UK books only as I bet on UK jumps horse racing. These books offer early odds on the racing which are very attractive to those who know what they are doing and are different from sportsbook to sportsbook.

When such books close me down it means I have less options on early odds causing me either to accept lower odds elsewhere or to wait for the on course market which starts about 15 miinutes before a race - these odds are typically closer to my percieved odds and hence are not as attractive in most cases.

If I could therefore use friends accounts to place bets via my computer it would help me out greatly. Second problem is that I bet from canada and my friends CC is UK based so a canadian IP will cause suspicion to start with.

Why did this thread get transferred here where no one will see it? i thought this forum was for bettors to discuss issues they have within the betting sector. This is a genuine concern and something that many of your posters will have had to deal with hence my asking advice.

Maybe moved because it is completely unethical what you are talking about doing?
