Cincy has really not beaten many quality opponents...........a case could be made for NORTHERN IOWA being their best win on the year.

In their previous game they got blasted by a very sub-par SOUTH FLORIDA outfit.

IOWA has really played well the last 6 games..........not to mention their quality wins during the course of the season with PIERCE.

I like IOWA to win this game outright and will be disappointed and surprised if they do not.

As weak as the Big 11 is, the ONE win in the last ten/eleven games for Iowa that is worth anything is Mich State in the tournament - and that was because MSU missed around 15 free throws, including two late in the game that would have won it for MSU.

Good luck with Iowa, but I will never play ANY Big Ten team in the NCAAs this year.

I was ready to jump on Iowa too but changed my mind last night. I heard some interviews with Cincy players and they really seemed focused. When asked about a potential match-up with rival Kentucky, the reply was direct. " Were not playing Kentucky, we're playing Iowa". Also heard practices have been great all week. Anyhow, I know you're an excellent capper so please don't hesitate to post the next one. I'll be watching.
