That was the exact one I was looking at. Someone has to tell me what is so linda about this place. Maybe its Tico humor? All I know is if I came home to this building every day the word "linda" wouldn't ever cross my mind...

I agree completely, but we were more commenting on the ridiculous titles for these properties. They are all hyped as if they are great investments and in many cases "linda casa", when obviously they are not.

That picture of "fred sanfords shack" just should not be marketed online. I can understand value housing. Nothing wrong with a place for $200 or $150 or even $100 per month. There are some decent ones. But realistically what do you think the market value for sanfords place would be?
