Inter Turku might miss their most important forward, Serge N´Gal. He hasn't been able to practice at all this week. Midfielder Aristides Pertot, important also, might be sidelined too. Varazdin is also missing some players up front, but what I have read they still have good team.

In Finland state bookie things this is 50-50 match, +135 Varazdin. Last hours Pinnacle's price on Varazdin has been lowered, now +192.

I think Varazdin +.5 is good bet here, 5Dimes offers that bet. Pointbet offers Asian Handicap ML +115.

Thanks for the head's up my friend... would one figure Varteks to be playing for a draw here because they won the first leg 4-3? Perhaps draw at +245 aided with a tad on the moneyline at +195 (for example, to win more on the draw than the moneyline) would be the better way to go? Regardless, VERY important information that can't be thanked enough.

Eh, come to think of it, perhaps the Asian line would be the way to go with this Intertoto match... Varteks knows even a 1-0 slip up knocks them out... thus they really do need to press for at least 1 goal in this one...

After 3-4 first leg loss in Croatia, Inter Turku players admitted that Varteks was better team, but it seems like Varteks have some kind of problems when they are away from home. A draw, as you said, might be what they want.

How ridiculous is the home field advantage for Inter Turku? Significant enough to will their way to victory without their superstar player on a normal instance? Also, how much do they really care about this competition with league action going on at the same time? As we've seen in the Intertoto already, teams from the bigger countries simply don't give a damn about this cup (see Athletic getting bounced yesterday, Wolfsburg having to fight for a scrappy 5-3 aggregate win, etc). Just wondering if Inter Turku was more interested in the league (thus why the midfielder would sit perhaps?) or this cup (meaning he'd play injured?)

I don't know about home field advantage, so far in Finnish league at home 4 wins, 2 draws. Goals for 10 and against 0. Maybe it matters a little, but if those important players are missing they are in trouble. Inter is forced to attack to get that 1 goal, but can they do it without N'Gal?

Intertoto cup is very important for small countries and small teams. All extra money are good for Finnish teams.

Yeah, that Pertot was in starting squad today. Looks bad, Inter leads 2-1 and Varteks player got a red card. Hopefully you didn't put much money on this match.
