Start of the '09-'10 season, LeBron is still under contract with the Cavs. Wouldn't that bar him from just freely signing with a European team even if he so chooses? There would have to be some sort of buy out agreement for this to occur. Could see the possibility (albiet very, very slight) of him signing with a european team AFTER next year, when he is a free agent, but not this offseason.
