I think you just wanted to be the one to start a 1K plus thread, the ingame one right now has ~670 right now.
With you on the Colts C-Gold
The first game had the home dog win, it makes me like Indy more because both home dogs won't win. The line kept moving until now I see Indy -3. The books have a lot more money bet on Indy, and they want to try and move that line ( even to a key number) to cover their asses. They are begging people to take SD +3.
You can't put a premium on having the best player in the NFL slinging passes for you. Go Manning brother 1![/quote
I would have taking SD +1. SD +3 has excellent value. Manning struggles against 3 - 4 defenses. I could give a shit who vegas is begging me to take.... both home dogs? pretty sure AZ closed as the fav... at least my crookie at AZ -1.5.

I think it is unfair to say that " Manning struggles against 3-4 defenses". Do you know who runs 3-4 defenses? Pittsburgh ( awsome defense), New England ( were bad this year but historically good), San Diego as of late ( a lot better with Merriman). Some of the best teams run 3-4 defenses.
I also don't buy the " it is hard to beat a team twice in a year". That is a myth. If the Giants are better than Washington ( they are), they beat them both times, no problem.
If Indy and San Diego were equal, maybe you could have a case, but Indy was 12-4, while SD was 8-8 in a much easier division. Indy is clearly the better team. Now can they win on the road or not? They were 6-2 on the road and I'd say so.
Indy -1 is good, because all they have to do is win for at worst a push.
Im starting to get worried about my Indy lean. Right now I have a big tease closed with Indy plus 4.5. I am starting to think about SD plus 2 and hope to hit a middle. Whoever wins this game will win by 3-4 IMO, and then I would just want a SD win. Any thoughts?
That's what I am saying. The books won't have anything less than 7. It opens at 7.5 and gets pushed up to 9 imo.
Kurt Warner not having time to throw, not having a run game will have Spags and 11 angry giants beating down on them. If the game is windy it will be even worse. NY Giants will run the ball down their throads, and pick/sack warner over and over and over again.
