Whoever was play calling for the Dolphins should be fired. When you are running the ball so effectively you need to take shots down the field with play action. Let the Colts off the hook by their obsession to control the ball. Pennington was very effective on third down, just imagine if they would've given him so play action on first and second down.

I actually hit a side in this game as I had a large wager on Miami + 4 / offset by a large wager on Indy -3.

I still felt bad for Miami

Granted, have every reason to be more biased than anyone on this board regarding Clark, however I've thought he has been the very best overall TE in the league for 3 years now.................

Clark was amazing last night. He had two huge grabs where he managed to stay on his feet and pick up big chunks of yards (including the TD) a lot of other players stumble and fall down there. Pretty remarkable considering his frame size. Total athlete.

He was a QB at Twin River Valley high school and a walk-on linebacker at the University of Iowa.

First team to ever win with less than 15 minny time of possession.

.
And Fish....reminds me of some morons that said Clark isn't a top TE in the league in a thread i started one time. We all remember he was top receiver in the playoffs a couple years ago (not receiving TE but top RECEIVER!) Also said Kaeding wasn't a top tier kicker...can't remember who it was. Heard the other day that Nate Kaeding is 2nd all time in the NFL in kicker accuracy. (<)<

Miami's play calling was great until they got in field goal range. They ran the ball on several 3rd and 6-7s just to ensure they got a field goal. Too conservative and very piss poor. Then the 2 minute drill was a total joke. A high school team could run a more efficient 2 minute drill - seriously. It's like they had never even prepared for that situation.

And Miami's safeties suck. Gabril Wilson, and especially Yeremiah Bell were totally used and abused all night long.
