No line yet.

Guess Miami -3½ O/U 40

Huge game for Indy to gain some serious respect.

Miami -3 and O/U 39

I like Miami here in a tough game. Good record vs Indy. Ricky should have a big game against the Indy defence who are struggling to stop the run.
Will Griese keep the starting job? If so they're a bet at -3. With Fiedler I'm not so sure.

Ricky williams only ran for 69 yards last night... and SD's run defense is 8th worst in the NFL (including that game).

This will be a great game to watch. I'll have to go with Miami (-2.5) due to their thumping of SD on MNF. Miami gave me a good pay day and I'll let some of it ride.

Is it just me or does Payton & Crew play the regular season for paychecks and not for the playoffs? Yes, they beat Tampa on MNF for the birthday coach. But come on, Indy can't make progress into the playoffs after all these years?

I still can remember the play in the end zone where the ball almost ended up in an Indy wide receiver's hands. I believe it was against Pittsburgh...I digress...

Miami shuts the Indy Dolts cold.

(No offense General: I want teams that pay the bills. It doesn't matter to me who wins. Pay the coin. I'll bet Detroit Lions or go short GE if it pays the bills.)

Anyone who remembers when these two were in the same division should remember that Manning, Harrison and James had the Phins number. I like the Colts here in a low scorer. Brian Griese will struggle the cover 2.

You know what, its the probably the toughest call and in the end I know nothing at all...but I love Miami here. The X factor here is Griese...Ive never liked this fool but the situation is all too familiar...Back up steps in...odds are stacked against him...If he doesnt turn the ball over...look out. Fins great in the red zone...manning will have to throw cuz theres no running in Joe Robbie..err Joe Player Stadium...Im seeing Miami in this game...maybe il feel different by sunday

I think the spread is about right, and don't feel strongly either way. But I like the under here. Both teams will probably emphasize the run - Miami by choice; Indy by necessity due to strong Miami secondary. 2 relatively strong defenses. Wannstedt/Norv Turner are very conservative in their play calling and I doubt that will change with Griese in there.

Sorry ChadC; not trying to bust your chops or anything but that statement is incorrect.

Lest some naive person take it as fact:
Going back to 1998 and including their one playoff meeting.....

Miami is 8-2 SU & ATS v. Indy
3-2 @ Miami
5-0 @ Indy
5-5 Over/Under
