I spoke with the live help on the respective books page & they took care of it. I don't know if they still do it now. I did this a couple of months ago.

I did it because I wanted to play the horses & the books I signed up with said they offered horse racing but I never saw an option for it so I requested the money sent over as I knew Casino Bookie took horses daily.
