IN HOUSE BASEBALL COMPETITION!!!!

Recently, a rubber room regular told me that there are no good cappers in the sports forums anymore. he said basically all the good cappers were in the rubber room.

i want to put that theory to the test.

here is what i have in mind.

i want 3 regular posters from the baseball forum, to go head to head with 3 regular posters from the rubber room.

I WILL CHOOSE THE 6 CONTESTANTS. my choices will be based on poster history (solid proven record) and also on established posters. (will not choose any posters with less than either 300 posts, or less than 6 months on the site.

THE RULES WILL BE...

each contestant will post 2 plays per day for 16 days. that will give each team a total of 96 plays, which should be enough to show which house rules imo. (we can do this for other sports if you want at a later date).

you can post ANY baseball play you like. all lines must be REAL, AND MUST COME FROM A BOOK THAT ADVERTISES AT THE RX.

WITH EACH PICK, YOU MUST POST THE LINE, AND THE BOOK IT IS AVAILABLE AT.

this is for bragging rights only!!!

IF INTERESTED POST IN THIS THREAD. ALSO, POST WHICH TEAM YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE ON.

my selection for the teams will be announced saturday may 24th around 12AM.

The biggest difference between the baseball forum and the RR is the baseball forum plays to play. They don't care about money it's only bragging rights. I keep score with $ when I gamble. Now if the baseball forum were to put up some money against the RR that would interest me. I'd even be willing to take consenses picks from othe RR members if they are willing. I'm sure other RR members would play for bucks.

rpm i think this is a great idea but like every challenge ive seen down here you will see these guys backpeddling like crazy! raiders wants to play for money ya right i seen this guy back out of three dogball,idenity and mfg but still talks his shit! rpm i guarntee you can go up to the bases forum and they will be all over this but no way you will get these sharps (lol) down here to play but good luck

no i have no record to speak of but ive been around for a while and enjoy the site more for shit like this than picks from cappers here and i got my money on the bases forum and im willing to be the first guy to ever put up money in the history of the rx without crying like a baby about rules and who holds the money. real simple seashit where do you want to put $500 for me to match and if i like who rpm selects i will take the bases forum and you get the rr agreed?

Very insightful. Look at the way a few of the guys list plays there. There is literally no way in the world they are putting money behind 20 games a night, or 5k on 10 games, 10 first five inning bets a night, -220 favorites regularly, those kind of people are a joke.

That being said, there are a few gems in the forums still and hopefull more to follow soon
